Your callers speak Spanish, Mandarin, Hindi, Vietnamese, French and more.
Reception books them in their language.
You stop losing those jobs.
The caller speaks the language they're comfortable with. The job gets booked. You get the summary by SMS in English. You bill it the same way you bill any other ticket.
01
Every language, one flat price.
No upcharge for Spanish. No add-on for Punjabi. No multilingual surcharge per minute. Every language is included in the $500/month plan.
02
Caller-led, not menu-led.
No "press 2 for Spanish." Sarah picks up, hears the language, switches. The caller never has to navigate a tree. Or you can ask Sarah to tell your clients that she speaks other languages.
03
You get the job in English.
SMS summary is always in English: name, address, problem, time window, payment confirmed. You dispatch like you always have.
Live line · she's answering right now
Don't take our word for it. Call her.
This is the same Safigo voice that will answer your customers. Ask her about pricing, languages, or whether she can handle your trade. When you're ready, she sets you up on the same call. The demo is the product.

Why this matters
Every missed call is $5,000 walking away.
Tuesday, 7:14pm · under a sink
85%
of voicemail callers never call back.
It's 7pm on a Tuesday. You're under a sink. The phone rings. It hits voicemail.
85% of those callers will not call you back. They scroll to the next plumber on Google and book him instead.
Most plumbers we talk to don't realize: that one missed call wasn't a $300 service ticket. It was a homeowner who would've hired you 4–7 times over the next decade. That's $2,500+ in lifetime value, every voicemail.

What she actually sounds like
A real call, start to finish.
Calm. Friendly. Books the job.
This is a real example transcript from our line. Sarah greets the caller using your shop name, captures the address, flags the urgency, and books the appointment. The whole call takes 90 seconds.
You don't hear it happen. You get a text when it ends.
Greets with your shop name, not "Safigo"
Captures address, problem, urgency, in plumber language
Flags emergencies in red when she texts you
Knows your service area. Knows your hours. Knows your rates.

How it works
A real receptionist, without the overhead.
01
She picks up when you can't.

02
You text her like a real assistant.
"Running 30 min late." She texts the customer for you. "Don't book Saturdays." Done. "Tell him I need a parking spot." Done.
03
The job lands in your phone.
Every call ends with an SMS to you: who, what, where, when. No app to learn. No portal. Just texts.

FAQ
Things plumbers actually ask us.
Does Reception handle calls in languages other than English?
Yes. Reception books jobs in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Tagalog, French, and Arabic at no extra cost. The caller speaks their language; you get the job summary by SMS in English. Every language is included flat in the $500/month plan. No upcharge, no add-on tiers, no per-minute multilingual surcharge the way other answering services bill.
Will customers know it's AI?
Most don't. Sarah's voice is calm and friendly. She pauses, says "mm-hmm," asks clarifying questions like a real receptionist. We do disclose recording on every call (CRTC requirement in Canada) but not that she's AI. About 1 in 30 callers asks. We tell them honestly if asked.
What if she gets something wrong?
Every call ends with an SMS to you. If something looks off, you can text her back. "Don't book that one" or "call them back, I want to talk to them myself." She fixes it. We also review every flagged call ourselves in the first 30 days.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No, and we won't ask you to. You keep your number. Calls forward to our line only when you can't pick up. Never when you can. You stay first in your own queue.
I run a multi-truck shop with more than one phone. What's the price?
Multi-phone runs on the Built for you · Multi plan: $2,000 CAD setup minimum + $1,000/mo CAD with 1,000 minutes included. Same plumber-trained AI, same emergency-flagging, plus routing rules across your lines (ring order, business hours per number, after-hours handoff, dispatch between trucks). Setup is 10 business days because we run the simulated calls per line so each number is tested before it goes live. The setup minimum scales up if your routing is complex. Solo plumbers stay on the $500/mo plan.
Can she handle emergencies differently?
Yes. She flags burst pipes, gas smells, sewage backups, and no-water situations as EMERGENCY when she texts you, so you know to call back fast. You can also tell her "always call me directly for emergencies" and she'll patch them through live.
How long does set up take?
Ten minutes on the call to walk through your shop name, service area, hours and rates. We confirm the summary by SMS, run a quick test pass on the line, then she's live within 2 days.
What if I want to cancel?
Call us. We turn it off the same day. No contracts, no termination fees. We don't refund the month you've already paid, but you keep using her until it ends. If she hasn't earned her keep in 60 days, the 60-day guarantee above kicks in instead.
Does she speak French?
Yes. Bilingual EN/FR by default. We're Canadian. She handles francophone callers in Vancouver too. She also books jobs in Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Tagalog, and Arabic at no extra cost. See the multi-language section above for details.
Setup takes ten minutes.
Reach us the way you reach anyone. Call, text, or email. The same number does it all. The voice that answers is the voice that will answer your customers.
